If you’re seeing an Access Restricted message when trying to open content, it usually means your account doesn’t have the right permissions yet. Here are two common reasons and how to fix them:
You need to be added to your school’s subscription (something longer here as an example)
If your school manages your access, your account must be added to their subscription before you can use the platform.
What to do:
- Contact your school administrator or IT lead.
- Ask them to confirm that your email address is listed as an active user on the subscription.
Once you’ve been added, try signing out and back in again.
